At Moore Creative & Co, every creation is thoughtfully selected, handcrafted, or designed with indiviuality in mind. 

Because many of our pieces are handmade, one-of-one, or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or ordering mistakes. 

Damaged or incorrect items 

We take pride in the quality of our creations. iIf your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review your concern and work towards an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
