Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations are natural. That’s what makes your item uniquely yours.

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.


Processing & Shipping


When will I receive my order?

Each piece is made with care, so processing takes a little time.
• Standard Processing: 5-7 business days
• Handbags, Statement Pieces & Custom Orders: 2 weeks
• Orders with multiple items may ship separately

Once your order ships, it will be sent via USPS or UPS.
Please allow 2–4 days for tracking updates.


Does expedited shipping speed things up?

Expedited shipping speeds up delivery time only—it does not shorten processing time.


What is a business day?

Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM (CST), excluding holidays.

• Standard shipping via USPS Ground
• Expedited shipping available at checkout
• Orders do not ship on weekends

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes. If you have something special in mind, we’d love to create it with you.

Wholesale / Stockists

We are not currently offering traditional wholesale.
For stockist inquiries, email us with “Stockist Interest.”


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna/Zip, and other flexible payment options.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available.
Please note: free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 3 business days
• Email shop@moorecreativeandco.com
• Include your order number and photos

We’ll review and make it right.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused and in original condition.


Final Sale Items Include:
• Custom pieces
• Sale or retired items
 


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
